The staff of
Love N' Laughter has evolved over the years, but one thing remains constant; we
are a group of dedicated care providers who love, guide and teach your children.
Low teacher turnover makes us unique. We make affordable, high-quality
education our priority.

Who we are... |
Ms. Kim - Kim Darland
is the center Owner/Director. She is entering her eleventh year at Love N'
Laughter. Prior to Love N' Laughter, Ms. Kim taught for the Parkway School District. She has a
genuine love for the early childhood years.
Ms. Mikelle – Ms. Mikelle is in her
fourth year at Love N’ Laughter. She has
been added as a third teacher in our pre-k room. She loves getting to know all of the children
and parents while keeping everyone informed.
She maintains our website, creates our monthly newsletter, handles our
Scholastic orders, updates picture files for the kids
along with many other tasks.
Ms. Missey - Ms. Missey
is the newest addition to the LNL staff.
She teaches our two-year-old class.
Missey’s patience and warm heart have won over
every student in her classroom.
Ms. Paula - Ms. Paula has been a dedicated member of the Love N'
Laughter staff for over 30 years! After many years of teaching our young
two-year-old class, she currently adores teaching the mixed three-year-old
class.
Ms. Debbie - Ms. Debbie, who taught at Love N' Laughter from
1998-2001, returned October 2007 to teach the three-year-old class. Her love
and enthusiasm for preschool is obvious to all especially the children who
always flock around her.
Ms. Theresa - Ms. Theresa joined the
Love N' Laughter staff back in March of 2004. She currently teaches our
four-year-old program. Ms. Theresa's love for learning is apparent in her
classroom. Her love of math and science
is quite obvious during center time.
Ms. Dawn – Ms. Dawn is in her eleventh year at Love N’ Laughter. She has previously taught our young two-year
old and three-year-old classes and is now teaching our pre-kindergarten program
with Ms. Leanne. She maintains a
wonderful balance between structure and creativity in her classroom.
Ms. Leanne - Ms. Leanne started in our young two-year old
room to give the younger children extra one-on-one time. She is now team teaching our pre-k classroom
with Ms. Dawn. The kids just love her
creativity and willingness to get down and play with them especially if it
means getting messy!
Ms. Kaycie - Ms. Kaycie joined Love
N' Laughter as a teacher's assistant in May 2009. Kaycie performs a multitude
of tasks including making lunch, substituting and working with the children in
the afternoon hours. She works
beautifully with the staff and is always surrounded by children.
Ms. Dana - Ms. Dana continues to be part of Love N' Laughter's
afternoon staff. She comes to us knowing
all about the school since her younger sister was a student here.
Ms. Carly – We added Ms. Carly to our afternoon staff in August 2011. She is a former graduate of Love N’ Laughter;
what fun it is to have her join our teaching team!
Ms. Marie - Ms. Marie has been with Love N' Laughter for 14 years. We
had previously talked her out of her semi-retirement in which she was a
substitute with us and she teamed up to teach our pre-k program with Ms.
Leanne. She has gone back into her
semi-retirement but is again on our substitute list.
